Office visits are by appointment only please call (808) 596-7300. The scheduler may ask about the nature of your illness or the reason for your visit. This helps us schedule the physician’s time more efficiently.

All patients must check in for their appointments at least 30 (thirty) minutes early for new patients, and 10 (ten) minutes early for follow up visits and therapy. This time is needed for intake by the doctor or provider’s staff, to collect co-payments, paperwork, insurance information, measure vitals, etc. We consider a patient to be late if they arrive after their “check-in” time, not their appointment time. The appointment time is when the doctor or provider should be able to begin treatment with you. If you come earlier and we can accommodate you- we will. However, patients who arrive late for their appointment check in time are subject to being rescheduled and billed a $7.00 fee. You may also be asked to reschedule your appointment in lieu of patients who checked in on time. If you are running a few minutes late, please call us to let us know so that we may try to accommodate you. No shows or arrival after your appointment time can result in a $35.00 fee. Please be sure to review your check-in time with the staff who schedule your appointments so as not to confuse check-in with the appointment time. Remember to bring a list all of your prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements to each office visit. This will enable your doctor to review the medications at each visit.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours In advance. If this is not possible, call as soon as you can so that another patient can be given your appointment time.

Missed Appointments (Non, or Late Cancelled)
We understand that occasional missed appointments can occur for a variety of reasons. When you miss an appointment without canceling, or giving us enough advanced notice someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily.

We track missed (non-cancelled) appointments.  A “No Show/Late Cancellation” is defined as missing an appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours before scheduled time. There may be a charge for a missed or non-cancelled appointment. Insurance will not cover charges for no show/late or late cancellation fees. This charge is in addition to any other charges you may have incurred.

Repeated missed appointments may result in your physician sending a letter discharging you from the practice. We will offer 30 days of emergent care only and transfer your medical records when you find a new physician.

No Show Policy

Partner Orthopedic Rehabilitation has a no show policy requiring patients to cancel their appointment 24 Hours in advance to prevent a no show fee.

You are responsible for keeping your scheduled appointments and for arriving on time.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the clinic is closed, or staff is unavailable, please leave a message.

There will be a $35.00 Fee for each missed appointment.

A higher no show fee is required for appointments scheduled for procedures or complex visits. You will be asked to sign agreements for these procedures.

Past due balances including fees must be collected on the day of your visit. You will not be allowed to schedule an appointment until any past due balance is paid in full.

If you no show on a rescheduled appointment, no further appointments will be made.
