Janice Magdalena completed her Bachelor’s of Physical Therapy degree in Silliman University, Philippines in year 2000. She has since then worked in outpatient orthopedics, private physical therapy practice, Assisted Living Facilities and Skilled nursing facilities. She has also performed charity therapy activities that provided free medical care for people that did not have insurance in Chinatown as a community service effort along with other medical professionals. Most of her experience as a therapist has been in outpatient physical therapy for the past 15 years. During that time, she owned a physical therapy private practice company for 7 years. Miss Magdalena moved to central Florida and lived there for 3 years after being in Oahu for 12 years. She is now happily back and living in Hawaii with her family.
In her free time she enjoys surfing, Latin dancing, traveling, hiking, scuba diving, participating in tribal drum circles, spirituality, and the outdoors as well as spending time at the beach. She also likes to go on adventures and challenge herself in different ways.
